Surveyor

The Clearwater County Surveyor is available the 2^nd and 3^rd Tuesday of each month (or two times per month).  In this time, the Clearwater County Surveyor provides assistance to Clearwater County residents, the general public, private Land Surveyors, and County Departments in matters dealing with land surveying including:

• Serving as a resource to Clearwater County Department staff by providing professional surveying services and expertise associated with property descriptions, easements, and rights-of-way, land divisions, platting and property boundaries.
• Maintaining and ensuring the availability of information regarding public land survey corners and property boundaries within Clearwater County, as documented in the Clearwater County survey records.
• Overseeing the preservation and maintenance of public land survey corners in Clearwater County as permitted based on budgeting allowances.
