Communicable disease investigation and control

Home visiting to high risk pregnant women and new families
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) clinics

Eligibility

All persons living in Clearwater County are eligible to receive services from Clearwater County Public Health (except Red Lake, where different regulations apply).

Referrals to the agency may be made by an individual person on their own behalf, by friends, families, neighbors, professional workers or physicians.

Fees For Service

Funds for agency services are provided primarily by Medicare, Medical Assistance, private insurance, and various grant monies. In some instances, fees are collected from clients based on their ability to pay. Donations provide supplemental support.

Clearwater County Public Health will complete the necessary claim forms and submit billings directly to the appropriate payment source.
