Summary of Responsibilities:
The Surveyor will spend one "County Surveyor Day" at the County Government Center each month, meeting with department heads and county officers to discuss their survey issues. In addition, this onsite time will be used to establish a filing system, assist private surveyors, and deal with any public survey issues.
3 Main tasks are identified priorities:
1. Record-Keeping System
2. GPS Control Network
3. Township & Section Corners
The Surveyor will also be available to work on special projects for the departments as their needs arise and budgets allow.
